Instructions
Remove the heads, peel and devein the prawns if they are not prepared.
Peel the garlic and mash it into a paste.
Add the prawns, harissa, garlic, sumac, salt and olive oil to a bowl and mix well to coat.
Heat a 28cm or 11" frying pan over a high heat and add the butter.
When the butter begins to foam, add the prawns and saute for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve hot with a wedge of lemon.
