Plant-based recipes are not just for vegans, even as a meat-eater, some of my favourite things to eat are completely vegan.

Many of my plant-based recipes are built on flavours from either the Indian subcontinent or China and Southeast Asia.

Dishes like saag aloo and Vietnamese fried tofu are well represented.

But you will also find some surprises, like a few vegan tagine recipes, and plenty of soups.
