Lamb is a delicious and bold meat with incredible flavour.
It is also very versatile, working just as well as a roast as it does in curry or stew recipes.
It is also one of my food indulgences, yes, it's pricy, but we all deserve a treat now and then... right?
I even use lamb offal in many of my recipes, and it is absolutely divine!
Minced lamb hotpot sounds very British, but my version leans on Indian flavours from a classic keema curry and adds a spiced potato topping.
