Pasta Recipes

Pasta recipes are a staple in many kitchens around the world, and mine is no different!

They are quick, often cheap and really simple to cook.

They ain't just Italian either, I have variants from places as diverse as Hungary, Japan and Greece.

That's before we even get to my "creative" takes on pasta dishes made with my own cooking sensibilities!
