British Recipes

British food was the stuff I was raised on, and this section features recipes that range from traditional grub to modern British food.

Classic dishes like toad in the hole, stew and dumplings, the full English breakfast, and fish & chips all feature. These are the meals of my childhood, and I love them dearly.

But modern British food is not typified by dishes with "rigid" names. They are a collection of fantastic British produce cooked perfectly with complementary elements.  This is hands down my favourite way to cook!
